Salon Privé Club-Trophy Event - Blenheim Palace Saturday 30th August

We’re delighted to announce that the DLOC has been invited to attend Salon Privé at Blenheim with potential for winning the Lockton Club Concours Trophy on Saturday 30th August. This is the 20th anniversary and, potentially, a once-in-a-lifetime event for you and our Club.

We’d love you to join us for this ultimate automotive garden party. Set in stunning grounds and with over 1,500 club-cars displaying from around 20 of UK’s prominent clubs, DLOC members will visit the Salon Prive Gallery on the South Lawn where there’ll be something for everyone:

• Manufacturers’ stands

• Luxury retail village

• Additional car displays and parades

• A mix of healthy places to eat

• Concours car displays

• Judging C Trophy awards

 

Cars attending will include pre-war classics, rare grand-tourers, racing legends and the inevitable supercars. We hope to attend with at least 25 cars from the Club, parked within a DLOC paddock.

Bring your picnic or food and drink will be available to purchase from one of the on-site caterers.

Award of the Concours Club trophy, sponsored by Lockton Insurance, will involve judging 5 cars from each attending car-club. So, we will need to pre-select (sound familiar?) a short-list of 5 cars which will be displayed in a finalists’ area on the South Lawn. Our preferential club rate will save £5 on the standard £55 entry ticket per person.
